The email goes only to the address you paid with, at most once every 10 minutes. Its link works once, within 30 minutes. Check your spam folder. Still nothing? Write to [email protected] with your Paddle receipt.

Why the link is tied to this browser

We never send licence keys by email, and the emailed link is not enough on its own: it opens in the browser that asked for it, or on another device with the code shown here after you ask. So someone who only sees the email can't use it.

Freeing a place

A freed computer stops using the licence at its next check, within about a week; one that stays offline stops when its saved licence runs out, within 44 days. Once a licence's own places are set up, it moves to a new computer at most once a week.
